Which Classes Should I Take?
Youth members should find your class by grade in school. Sensei may make changes depending on other factors like age, size, behavior, etc.

Adults should attend at least two classes regularly each week. You are encouraged to attend additional classes when you are able. When you are unable to come to the dojo, we recommend that you do daily practice of the basic aikido exercises- stretching, body movements, breathing, sitting, etc..
